Featured in the Snoop Dogg video The way life used to be is TDK's 3 speaker boombox. This audio system brings together all the modern features required for easy listening in an easy to use flat screen touch panel. The general rectangle shape and uncapped speakers are reminiscent of the original boombox's seen in countless old school gangsta rap videos from the 80's.
According to several reviews of the product the playback quality of the system is quite good providing a clean sound with adequate amounts of bass. The equaliser on the system however is nothing special providing only a function to increase/decrease treble and bass. The unit is purpose built for playback of ipod/iphone devices although it does have a usb slot and am and fm stations.
Specifications (As per TDK website):
* Speakers: Two 6-inch coaxial drivers plus subwoofer
* Inputs: USB (iPod/iPhone with included 30 pin cable)
3.5mm audio jack (cable included)
Auxiliary audio jack for instrument and mix
AM/FM with 5 presets
* Power Output: 35 Watts RMS.
* Power Source: 12 'D' batteries (not included)
AC power supply
* Made for iPod touch (2nd generations), iPod classic, iPod nano 2nd 3rd,4th, and 5th generation), iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G.

Cris Cab
SUP! LunchBoxKid here,
and man I have something new for your ears!!
Now if your into the Hip Hop scene and don't mind something a little different,
Cris Cab is definitely the new thing that I personally think that most music producers should be looking into.
A fresh 17 year old from Miami, Florida, USA, who despite his looks, brings with him a whole new sound that I say has not been heard in a long time, using a lot of Hip Hop influences to his Acoustic/ Indie Rock - Reggae scene, it has caught the eyes of the one and only Skateboard P aka Pharrell Williams, who introduced him in a live show in Miami saying that he is a big fan of Cris Cab and what he is doing. Skateboard P has also agreed to help him with Cab's future.
That is pretty big for a kid who is just 17!
If your still are not impressed about what I have told you, check out his cover of the hit "Black and Yellow" by Wiz Khalifa.
In the first few seconds, you can already see the talent he has, as he samples the beat and melody used and switches it all up to a Indie Rock/ Reggae beat which is
TOTALLY SWAGGED OUT HARRD
He has done that he has also done a more recent cover of Kanye West recent hit song
"All Of The Lights"
See what I mean, nothing but talent!
If you are interested in his new sound check out his YouTube channel,

He is without a shadow of doubt in my mind one of the best raw talents I have seen on YouTube to date. Its' a damn shame that people haven't heard much of him, so people I URGE you to get on it :)
